Overview
Alignerr is Labelbox’s expert network — PhDs, researchers, and domain specialists paid to train and evaluate AI, remote and on their schedule. The site is the top of a high-volume talent funnel: roles across STEM, language, coding, and generalist work, with experts applying from phones as often as desktops. I built alignerr.com from scratch so GTM and recruiting can publish openings and update messaging without eng in the loop for every hire surge.
Context
Alignerr needs a constant flow of domain experts applying to train AI. The site is the product surface for that funnel — roles, pay, domains, trust — often on a phone.
How it evolved
Built from scratch with Sanity so recruiting and GTM can publish openings during hiring spikes. Stack choices (Next.js, Vercel, Tailwind, Storybook) optimized for performance and consistency across devices as the catalog grew.
