Enterprise data licensing GTM
Overview
Prism helps companies license real-world operational data — work documents and system workflows — to frontier AI labs while keeping ownership and rights. The buyers are boards, CEOs, and CDOs asking whether dormant Salesforce/Jira/Slack signal can become recurring value. As sole engineer and designer I built the GTM site from scratch around that story: two licensing paths, live demand categories, industry verticals, and a clear scope → process → license journey aimed at first wire in under 21 days.
Context
Prism asks executives to treat operational data as licensable equity for frontier AI — with control, rights, and a path to first wire in under 21 days. The site has to carry that argument, not just list features.
How it evolved
Built from scratch as sole engineer and designer. Information architecture follows how Prism sells: licensing paths, live demand, industries, how-it-works, CEO FAQs. Sanity so BD/marketing can update demand and messaging as buyers shift.
Where it is now
Live at prism.labelbox.com — GTM can iterate content without eng for every category change.
What it delivered
Product and GTM framing first — executive objections, compensation, security, and rights — then the UI that carries that narrative
Sanity content models so BD and marketing can update demand categories, industries, and FAQs without waiting on eng for every campaign shift

How it ships
Next.js + Vercel for a fast, SEO-capable surface that can iterate with GTM messaging; Tailwind + Storybook so the UI stays consistent as sections and CTAs evolve
Structured the information architecture around how Prism sells: paths, live demand, verticals, how-it-works timing, and CEO FAQs — not a generic marketing template
Publishing workflow designed so the site stays current as buyer urgency and categories change week to week
